JOB DESCRIPTION

POSITION TITLE: Admissions Support Intern

Deadline: Dec 15, 2017 (applications before Dec 5, 2017 will be given priority) Employment Type: Part-time

ROLE SUMMARY:

As the Admissions Support Intern, you will support in FUV's various activities for the first admissions cycle of the institution from December 2017 to February 2018 (preferably till May 2018). In return, you will not only be financially compensated for your contribution but also get to learn about working at a fast-paced startup, learn to communicate effectively across a variety of audiences and mediums, etc.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Support with preparation for outreach events

- Help with responding to email inquiries

- Assist with taking parents and students’ phone calls

- Support the Admissions Team to build the FAQ's database

- Support the Communication Team to build the mailing list database

- and other relevant activities

QUALIFICATIONS:

- College junior or senior or recent graduate

- Commit at least 15-20 hours/ week for at least 2 months (till Feb, preferably till May)

- Strong communication skills in Vietnamese, conversational English

- Mature, reliable, detail-oriented, fast learner
