Mô Tả Công Việc

- Product development support.

- Support and interpretation for Japanese buyers.

- Percentage of work: 60% going out / 40% office.

- 80% support of existing customers / support of exhibitions.

- More detail will be discussed in the interview.

- Pay raise：Once a year in April.

- Transportation fee: No payment.

- Insurance system available.

- Company trip.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Having an driving car license (If you do not have one: Feeling to get in within 6 months).

- Japanese skill; N2 or above.

- Basic English skill.

- MS Office (word, excel) can be used for Japanese.

- No experience and New graduate OK.

- It is possible to make a short-term business trip (Hanoi and Can Tho).

- University graduation is prefer.

2) Service clerical work processing

- W.A.R process.

- W.A.R summary.

3) Handling service parts / W.A.R parts / documentation

- Service parts stock control.

- W.A.R parts control.

4) Document between KVC & Dealers

- W.A.R documents.

- Form and standard.

5) Monthly data base report

- Technical & Q.A. report summary.

- W.A.R summary report domestic & overseas.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- English skill.

- Engineering background.

- Ability to train and develop people.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Project and specialized softwares in technical.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with and persuade technical staffs, upper management, customers, and support personnel.
